Role Description

This is a contract role for an Information Technology Support Engineer (Backfill) at Teceze in Holon, Israel. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for technical support, troubleshooting, system administration, and help desk support. The role is located on-site.

Qualifications

• Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Help Desk Support skills
• Information Technology and System Administration skills
• Experience in providing system support and troubleshooting services
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or equivalent
• Knowledge of networking principles and protocols
• Experience with IT security practices and disaster recovery procedures
