B2B Marketing Automation Manager

Description

We're looking for a highly talented marketing automation manager who can plan, develop and implement automated marketing campaigns to increase user retention, engagement, and conversion rates with a focus on the company’s revenue.

You’ll be owning the user-journey set-up and optimization, creating and maintaining landing pages, data implementation, KPI reports, and monitoring.

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

• Manage end-to-end automated marketing campaigns: from ideation, through set up & segment and ends with analysis & optimization.
• Continuously experiment: execute A/B tests on email concepts, subject lines, content, CTAs, sending times, layouts, and more.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters, identify target audience segments and capture feedback from multiple stakeholders.
• Operating an admin system, analyzing & reporting, testing, project management and HTML coding.
• Create and manage lists, workflows, drip campaigns, landing pages, email templates, forms, pop-ups, calls-to-actions, webinars, and more
• Develop and own the user journeys to increase revenue
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on work experience with HubSpot - MUST
• 1 years of B2B marketing experience
• High level of English - a must
• Understanding email best practices for email marketing creatives, templates, metrics and associated KPIs, segmentation, dynamic content, and testing methodologies.
• Analytical mind, with the ability to make data-driven recommendations.
• Self-motivated, creative thinker with a “can-do” attitude and technical skills
• Experience in setting ABM infrastructure - Advantage
