Sales Development Junior
The Rapaport Group is an international network of companies providing added value services that support the development of ethical, transparent, competitive and efficient diamond and jewelry markets. We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our sales team as a Sales Development Junior.
This role is designed for someone with a passion for sales and a desire to grow their career in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
This is a full-time position hybrid role, with at least one day a week presence in the Jerusalem office.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Conduct research to identify potential customers and industries for our products/services.
Utilize various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and cold calling, to generate leads.
Prospect Qualification:
Engage with leads to understand their needs and assess their potential as qualified prospects.
Collaborate with senior sales representatives to gather additional information for effective lead qualification.
Sales Outreach:
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to initiate conversations with potential customers.
Articulate the value proposition of our products/services to prospects and create interest in further discussions.
CRM Management:
Update and maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Ensure data integrity and provide regular updates to the sales team regarding lead progress.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to coordinate efforts and share insights on lead generation strategies.
Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation activities with overall marketing campaigns.
Learning and Development:
Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitive offerings.
Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
Requirements:

Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship
