Sales Development Representative – Israeli Market | AdGPT.com

AdGPT.com helps businesses create advertising content with AI. We’re looking for a driven, hands-on sales professional to grow our enterprise business in Israel.

This is a boots-on-the-ground role: prospecting, opening doors, booking meetings, meeting decision-makers face-to-face, demonstrating our platform, and closing deals. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from first contact to signed agreement.

What you’ll do

• Identify and approach enterprise clients, brands, marketing teams, and advertising agencies across Israel.
• Generate opportunities through cold calls, LinkedIn, email, networking, and in-person outreach.
• Book and lead meetings with CMOs, marketing directors, business owners, and other decision-makers.
• Deliver product demos and tailor proposals to each client’s advertising needs.
• Manage negotiations and navigate enterprise purchasing processes to close deals.
• Build and maintain an active sales pipeline, keep the CRM updated, and meet agreed sales targets.
• Work closely with our product and marketing teams to share customer feedback and support successful onboarding.

What we’re looking for

• Proven success in B2B sales, with experience closing enterprise deals.
• Ability to generate your own pipeline and manage opportunities from prospecting through closing.
• Confidence presenting, negotiating, and building relationships with senior stakeholders.
• An independent, proactive approach and willingness to travel for meetings across Israel.
• Fluent Hebrew and strong English.
• Experience in SaaS, AdTech, digital advertising, or marketing technology is a strong advantage.
• An existing network among Israeli brands, agencies, or marketing leaders is a plus.
