Logistics Specialist

Innoviz is a world-leader cutting-edge LiDAR development company. Our LiDAR enables autonomous driving in the next-generation vehicles of leading companies such as BMW and VW. We are looking for a talented Logistics Specialist to join our logistics team.

Responsibilities:

Import/Export/Local shipments management:

• Select best service provider that meet both costs and requestor needs (region, time vs cost) - to work closely with purchasing.
• Responsible for all import and export process in front of Israel and Global authorities (Customs, Maslul, Machon Hatkanim etc.).
• Proactive tracking on all inbound and outbound shipment to assure smooth, fast and cost-effective release and delivery process.
• Close alignment with Sales Ops, Purchasing & CM teams for all customer shipments plans (weekly plans).
• Support W/H team with shipment documents.
  
  

• Expert the incoterms - changes and "fine prints". Understand and recommend which terms to use per case (optimize Innoviz costs per case).
• Manage the shipment KPI.
• Monthly review on KPI results and build quarterly slide deck to be part of the SC reports.
• Tight control and proactive "tests & approval" of service providers invoices (check vs agreed price lists and all extras).
  
  

• Support material and logistics transaction in the system.
• Manage SCRAP process together with purchasing and CM teams.
• Manage E-BOM components excess management (scrap or sales to jobbers).
• Take active part of monthly count process per team needs.
  
  

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of logistics experience.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (Priority).
• Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in Excel and BI tools.
• Appetite to continuously learn and develop oneself; an enthusiastic approach to taking on new opportunities and challenges.
• Dedication to operational efficiency and investing in processes and systems to improve team and business results.
• A sense of urgency and ability to prioritize important work.
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
