With dynamic management tools and expert coordination, Cytactic ensures that responses to cyber crises are both effective and orchestrated.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and lead employee recruitment processes and talent acquisition, with a focus on finding quality candidates for numerous roles.
• Work with the CEO and department heads on developing an HR strategy to anticipate and fulfill company recruitment needs.
• Responsibility for general employee wellbeing and welfare – become the employees’ go-to person for any issue.
• Plan and execute Cytactic’s welfare plan.
• General responsibility for all HR related processes.
• Manage office administrative responsibilities, including office supplies, interactions with vendors and suppliers, and so on.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a recruitment/HR manager in a startup environment, preferably in a cybersecurity company.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit talented employees in a fast-growing organization.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• A can-do attitude, showing initiative and proactivity.
• Good attention to detail and following through on ongoing processes.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering & management / human resources – an advantage.
