Role Overview: Talent Acquisition Lead
As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be the owner of the recruitment process, leading it from end to end. This hands-on role requires you to build and implement recruiting strategies from the ground up, ensuring we attract top talent to meet our ambitious growth targets. You will work independently to source, engage, and hire exceptional candidates across various functions, playing a key role in shaping the future of our company.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the entire recruitment process, from strategy, job posting, candidate sourcing, funnel management, interviewing to hiring.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top-talent candidates.
- Candidate Experience: Build an outstanding hiring process for candidates and be obsessed with every detail in our candidate's journey (including response time, tracking, emails, home tasks, job offer, and feedback).
- Process Improvement: Build and refine recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and a positive candidate experience.
- Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through various channels and work with freelance sources as needed to hit our goals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, provide guidance on recruitment best practices, and create job descriptions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in a hands-on talent acquisition role, ideally in a hyper-growth or fast-paced global start-up.
- English: Native English level - Must
- Learner: High energy, low ego professional - Aspire to improve every day.
- Ownership: Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of the recruitment process. Experience as a single owner of the recruiting process in a start-up - A huge plus!
- Building: Experience building strategy, executing and managing end-to-end recruiting process.
- World-class executor - you have a proven track record of realizing ambitious goals and achieving targets.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
- Skills: Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
- Adaptability: Quickly adapt to a changing environment, take extreme ownership and independent.
