Marketing Automation Manager

At The Vets, we are dedicated to revolutionizing pet care by providing high-quality, at-home pet care that works better for everyone: the vets, the pets, and their devoted humans.

We're looking for a data-driven Marketing Automation Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will build and drive customer engagement, increase sales, and enhance customer loyalty. You will create marketing campaigns for our pet parents and be responsible for driving growth via email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app communication channels.

Responsibilities:

• Work and collaborate with Marketing, Design, Product, and Operations teams to develop marketing plans and activities.
• Plan and execute campaigns through various channels, including web pages, SMS, emails, and in-app messages- ultimately leading to increased growth.
• Assist in managing and growing the email subscriber list, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with email regulations.
• Conduct A/B testing and analysis to refine email elements for improved performance.
• Track and analyze campaign performance and report key performance metrics to senior management.
• Manage the organization's online presence, including website updates and curating an engaging blog.
• Work with the design team to create visually appealing email templates and graphics.

Skills and qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing, marketing automation, or a similar role
• Experience with HubSpot - mandatory
• A data-driven, analytical person with the ability to motivate stakeholders to drive goals and solve problems.
• In-depth knowledge of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and deliverability optimization.
• Strong knowledge of customer journeys, lifecycle campaigns, and segmented communication strategies.
• Design experience in Photoshop, Figma, Canva
• HTML, CSS familiarity
• Experience with Elementor - preferred
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
• High level of English - written and spoken.
