Senior CRM Manager

As a Senior CRM Manager in the gaming industry, you will lead our efforts to forge stronger relationships with our users through strategic engagement and communication initiatives. You will be pivotal in developing a comprehensive CRM strategy supporting our goal of increasing user retention, engagement, and monetization.

Key Responsibilities:

●     Strategy Development: Craft and execute a multi-channel CRM strategy, leveraging data to personalize the player experience across various platforms.

●     Campaign Management: Design, test, and deploy effective CRM campaigns, including email marketing, push notifications, and in-game messages tailored to player behavior and preferences.

●     Data Analysis: Analyze player data and campaign performance to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and optimize our CRM initiatives for maximum effectiveness.

●     Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with the marketing, product, and analytics teams to ensure CRM strategies align with broader business objectives and enhance user experience.

●     Stakeholder Communication: Communicate insights and strategic recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for proposed initiatives.

Qualifications:

●     Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

●     5+ years of experience in CRM, with a strong preference for experience in the gaming or related industries.

●     Proficient with CRM software and analytical tools

●     Proven track record of developing and implementing successful CRM strategies.

●     Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Familiarity with SQL.

●     Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have:

●     Experience with "Optimove" for managing and automating CRM campaigns.

●     Experience with AAA/Mobile gaming platforms.

●     Experience in user segmentation, A/B testing, and other testing methodologies.
