Talent Acquisition Partner - Maternity Leave Replacement

Chaos Labs is the first automated, on-chain economic security system enabling crypto protocols to optimize risk management and capital efficiency while protecting user funds. We use world-class custom EVM simulations to understand protocol mechanics and scenario implications.

Leading protocols use our platform and tools, helping them manage and secure billions of dollars in assets, including Aave, GMX, Benqi, Uniswap, and more.

• The position is temporary for 6 months with an option to extend according to the organization's needs and performance.
  
  

• Oversee the end-to-end hiring process.
• Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies.
• Utilize both traditional and non-traditional channels to source a diverse technical pipeline and identify top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp their business objectives and hiring requirements.
• Meet all deadlines and execute in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure a positive and outstanding candidate experience.
• Act as the point of contact for Chaos Labs' onboarding process.
  
  

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Talent Acquisition within R&D fields.
• Experience in global recruitment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and independent, with a strong initiative.
• A positive and collaborative team player.
• Fluent in both English and Hebrew, both written and verbal.
