About the position
We would like to recruit a skilled Sportsbook CRM Manager to take our Sportbook omni-channel experience to the next level. The individual in this role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to acquire new customers and to retain existing ones in our sportsbook vertical across all channels.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Create and manage the sportsbook calendar and the monthly promotional calendar
- Coordinate with the relevant teams to oversee their execution of promotions – marketing, performance marketing, CRM, and studio
- Make adaptations and optimizations as required to improve results per channel, per shop, per segment etc
- Measure, report and optimize all CRM activities within the Sports product
- Work against the budget and CRM targets and make sure you cover all KPIs with the right actions for the right segments
- Send daily and weekly reports to the Head of CRM
- Make sure the website and comms are targeted correctly and accurately
- Make sure promotions are visible, easy, clear, and simple for our customers to engage with
- Analyze competitors’ marketing products and offers in markets where Paridirect operates
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities
- Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on best practices in acquisition.
About the Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years of experience in Sportsbook promotions
- Passion and extensive knowledge of sports and betting
- Proven track record of driving growth for a company
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data
- Experience working on the African market (preferable option)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Fluent in English - must
- Fluent in French - advantage
- Ability to analyze large amounts of data quickly and accurately
