Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on various HR matters including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and programs to enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs that support a positive work culture and compliance with legal requirements.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and make recommendations accordingly.
• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers on people-related issues, conflict resolution, and employee development.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and legislative changes to ensure HR practices remain current and effective.
• Lead and/or support special HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on HR business partnering and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of Israeli labor laws and regulations.
• Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English language.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Work with US teams and influence stakeholders including working in some US hours.
