Scopely is looking for a CRM Manager to join our Bingo Bash team in Tel Aviv on a hybrid basis!

Bingo Bash is a highly international team working on the biggest video game from India to date (measured by revenue). Here you will work on a top-grossing F2P game with significant and growing daily revenues, and help create fresh content for our players.

What You Will Do

• Work closely with the Product Performance teams to create engaging marketing campaigns to increase retention and conversion
• Collaborate with and support CRM product manager on initiatives that increase retention
• Design campaigns from A to Z - Write content for the day-to-day campaigns to promote the initiatives of the Monetisation & Product teams
• Create art requests for the different campaigns (emails, push notifications, etc.) and coordinate with the Art team to ensure execution and implementation
• Operate our Marketing systems – Build campaigns and schedule them via various marketing systems
• Do consistent A/B tests on subject lines, content and creatives and optimize based on results
• Read and analyze reports on a daily basis
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of work experience in a B2C company, in marketing or product roles
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Outstanding creativity, drive and data orientation
• Must have a passion for conflict resolution and problem solving
• Ability to analyze and draw conclusions from raw data
• Need to have creative impulses and the confidence to share ideas with teammates
• A people person, positive, initiator, curious and independent
