We are looking for a talented individual who plays a central role in developing and implementing effective CRM strategies using marketing automation tools. Analyze customer data to identify trends, measure campaign performance, and optimize customer journeys. Collaborate closely with fellow CRM Managers, designers, and analysts to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Develop your skills in CRM, data analysis, and team collaboration.
• Collaborate with fellow CRM experts, designers, and analysts to create cross-channel experiences that resonate with customers.

You will thrive in this role if you have…

• At least 1-3 years of a CRM or Marketing Automation role, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or gaming.
• Proficient in marketing automation tools (Klaviyo, Braze etc.), with the ability to create intricate flows, design personalized campaigns, and analyze performance data.
• Fluent in English- a must.
• Data Driven: understanding data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable strategies for optimizing customer journeys.
• Skilled in statistical analysis, A/B testing, and reporting to measure campaign effectiveness and guide decision-making.
• Understanding of customer psychology and behavioral analytics.
• Thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys brainstorming with colleagues, and effectively communicates strategies and objectives.
• Customer-centric passion for translating needs into personalized experiences that enhance engagement and loyalty.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience with loyalty program development and implementation- a bonus.
