Responsibilities
- Develop and execute promotional plans to boost revenue, incorporating monetization and live operations aspects.
- Utilize advanced Monday.com automation to streamline and improve workflow, ensuring efficient creation and implementation of in-app events, sales, and feature promotions within our in-house system.
- Formulate custom, effective, and strategic campaigns to drive growth, optimize monetization strategies, and encourage customer engagement and retention.
- Analyze user behavior, track engagement metrics, and monitor data trends to identify innovative monetization opportunities.
- Identify KPIs related to monetization, revenue, and growth; monitor and maximize customer life-cycle campaigns to reduce churn, and monitor revenue KPI in real-time.
- Set up and configure automated flows, schedule targeted in-app campaigns and build effective audiences to drive engagement revenue uplift.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams: creative, copywriting, product, analytics, economics and more.
- Minimum 2 years of proven Monday.com experience in advanced automation, project management, and operational efficiency.
- Ability to execute projects independently and with a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- 2+ years of experience in a KPI-driven B2C CRM environment & CRM marketing operations.
- Background in Monetization, Product Marketing, CRM, or Growth Management.
- General knowledge of CRM and back-office systems, data structures, and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Exact Science, or a related field.
- Advanced technical skills: MS Office, SQL - advantage.
- Strong English written/verbal communication skills; additional languages are an advantage (especially Arabic/Russian).
