Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Work with customers and other stakeholders, internal and external, to understand what will make our product great.
• Take a significant part in defining the product roadmap and be responsible for executing it.
• Generate KPIs and strong analytics of how our users experience our solution.
• Form a plan to revolutionize the user experience of the main user journeys.
• Work closely with the R&D team and UX designer, deliver the requirements, and follow up on them until rollout.
• Master our competitors’ solutions and find ways to expand our differentiation.
• Lead the analysis and design of new functionality of core insurance software provided by Sapiens.
• Work with decision with a DIRECT impact on high level company and ARR.
• Become an expert in the Sapiens software application/s and use the core system functionalities to support customer’s business process and requirements.
• Work with Sapiens’ customers/project teams to gather requirements and define the suggested solution .
• Run workshops and work closely with the insurance companies to gather requirements and in turn will define documents and present the solutions back to the customer.
• Work closely with product management, development, and testing teams to ensure a high-quality implementation of the defined solutions.
• Solve complex problems within ambiguous areas with some guidance.
  
  

• At least 5 years of experience in product management.
• Experience with simplifying complex B2B systems.
• Passion for UX and experience with incorporating state of the art usability in every aspect of your product .
• Extensive theorical and practical knowledge of product management.
• A Key influencer, professional authority in product research, product innovation and growth strategies.
• Ability to deliver ideas and mock-ups fast.
• Ability to represent the company across the organization and externally with strategic customers, partners and in conferences/ industry events.
• Ability to manage a customer conversation, understanding the needs and communicating roadmap.
• Experience and/or good understanding of the different personas in cyber security teams Advantage.
• Understanding of enterprise software solution packages.
• Customer facing – representative.
• Significant experience as a functional business system analyst including requirement gathering and solution definition.
• Experience in implementing core enterprise business systems – Advantage
• Experience in working in a global environment.
• Previous work with financial service/insurance systems – Advantage
• Background in L&P/General Insurance – Advantage
• Background in development/solution architect – Advantage
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to travel - 50%.
