We are seeking a motivated and skilled Product Manager to join IL MAKIAGE, the fastest-growing online beauty brand in the US. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Develop and implement data-driven product roadmaps to enhance engagement, conversion, retention, and overall growth.
• Collaborate with teams (engineering, design, QA, marketing, customer service, brand, and operations) to manage roadmaps, sprint planning, and feature execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead technical data integration projects to strengthen infrastructure and improve decision-* making processes.
• Analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights that support eCommerce initiatives and drive innovation.
• Translate business objectives into actionable product milestones and guide teams toward successful execution.
• Define, monitor, and measure the success of features, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with company goals.
• Contribute to the long-term vision of the company by developing creative solutions that combine technical expertise and strategic thinking.

WHO YOU ARE

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of prior experience in Product / Project Manager roles within B2C companies
• Hands-on, initiator, hard worker with a high level of ownership and accountability
• Impact-driven, user and business oriented with passion for developing products that people love
• Smart, highly strategic and analytical coupled with excellence in execution
• Strong time management skills - ability to consistently meet deadlines, define timetables, balance multiple priorities, and manage projects to completion in a fast-paced environment
• Self-organized, process driven and can drive a project from start to finish with multiple stakeholders
• Strong English speaker
