Product Manager – LAN, Wireless & CCTV Solutions

G. Beres Marketing is a leading distributor of communication infrastructure, trusted by top integrators and enterprise customers across Israel.

We're hiring a Product Manager to lead our active equipment portfolio, including Ethernet switches, access points, and CCTV solutions. In this role, you'll drive product strategy, collaborate with vendors and integrators, and support our sales and marketing teams to grow this critical product line.

What You’ll Do 🎯:

• Lead product strategy for LAN and CCTV product lines.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Translate technical features into clear business value for B2B customers and system integrators.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to support go-to-market activities.
• Identify new opportunities and help adapt products to evolving technological trends.

What We’re Looking For 🧠:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in B2B environments.
• Solid technical knowledge of LAN (Switches, APs, network management) and CCTV (IP Cameras, Video Analytics).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with market and competitor analysis.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, business development, and marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.

Preferred Qualifications ⭐ :

• Experience working with system integrators and distribution channels.
• Technical background in IP networking and video surveillance systems.
