Product Manager

Cybersecurity startup offering Software Supply Chain Security as a Service, with a product built for developers. The platform performs automated cloud-based scanning of containers, identifying vulnerabilities in the code through smart, AI-driven aggregation and scanning.

Founded by a team of experienced entrepreneurs, the company is well-funded and financially stable, with backing from top-tier investors.

Headquartered in Tel Aviv (near a train station) with a hybrid model. The team includes 14 employees globally, 10 of them based in Israel.

Responsibilities:

• Defines and manages product strategies and roadmaps aligned with company vision and market trends
• Works closely with engineering to develop features for container security and vulnerability remediation
• Translates customer needs into detailed product requirements and user stories
• Analyzes user feedback, market trends, and performance metrics to drive product decisions
• Coordinates with design, sales, marketing, and customer success for go-to-market and product adoption
• Bridges communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Stays up to date with industry standards in software supply chain security and developer tooling

Requirements:

• Strong technical understanding of modern development environments, including CI/CD, containers, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Hands-on background as a Software Engineer, Architect, or similar role is a strong advantage
• 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in Cybersecurity or Developer Tooling
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end product development and launch
• Experience working in Agile or Kanban environments, including backlog prioritization and sprint planning
• Skilled in analyzing user feedback, performance data, and industry trends
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
