Sr. HR Business Partner

About The Role

We are currently seeking a Sr. HR Business Partner to provide strategic partnership to our Herzliya-based site. Reporting to the Sr Director, People Partner, and partnering closely with the SVP, Engineering and Sr Director, Product Management, this role will play a critical role in helping to develop and land strategies that enable us to effectively attract, develop, and retain an engaged, diverse, and productive team.

Role Responsibilities

• In partnership with HR and site leadership, work to help develop, support, and lead people programs and strategies that enhance our culture -- including performance management, compensation, talent development & feedback, employee engagement & retention, and internal communications.
• Support organizational resilience by developing the capacity and readiness for change & growth.
• Support workforce planning, recruiting, and initiatives to ensure that the short, medium, and long-term needs of the business are met with an eye on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
• Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to site leadership
• Provide 1:1 coaching and support to employees and leaders alike
• Act as a role model and guide for employees. Champion, promote and demonstrate what our culture & values mean in practice.
• Analyze people data and trends to inform decisions on strategy and programs
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience of progressive HR experience (preferably with experience in People Partner roles)
• 1+ year of experience working with US partners or US based companies
• 2+ year of experience working with technical functions
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with google sheets (or Excel) and comfortable using data (qualitative and quantitative) to inform decisions
• Experience working in both public companies and VC backed startups preferred
• Exceptional communication skills; must be able to influence, build trust and motivate both horizontally and vertically
• Experience partnering & supporting global teams
• Strong judgment and integrity, attention to detail and the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities
