Talent Acquisition Partner - Temporary

Delta Galil is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic HR team on a temporary basis for a period of 6 months.

The primary focus of this role will be recruiting for technical IT positions.

Areas Of Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a high-quality candidate pipeline.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending offers of employment.
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners.
• Work closely with managers across the organization to understand the unit needs and maximize the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 3 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, with a focus on recruiting for technical IT positions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
• Experience working in a global company – an advantage.
