We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst & Tagging professional to join our Research and Development (R&D) team in our rapidly expanding department. As a Data Analyst & Tagging specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our data-driven initiatives, ensuring accurate and meaningful data tagging, and providing valuable insights to drive informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective data tagging strategies to accurately categorize and label datasets.
• Utilize industry-standard tools and techniques to analyze and interpret data, uncovering patterns, trends, and correlations.
• Conduct data cleansing and preprocessing activities to ensure data quality and reliability.
• Create and maintain documentation of data tagging processes, ensuring consistency and standardization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data tagging requirements for new projects.
• Stay up to date with industry advancements and best practices in data analysis and tagging techniques.
• Generate reports and visualizations to communicate data insights and findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data engineers and IT professionals to optimize data collection, storage, and retrieval processes.

What are we looking FOR?

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in data analysis, data tagging, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools- Python.
• Familiarity with data tagging methodologies and standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
• Familiarity with the agriculture and irrigation industry is an advantage.
