Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritizes tasks in the BA team.
• A hands-on Business Analyst who is directly involved in tasks such as requirements gathering, data analysis, and system evaluation.
• On-boards, guides new employees and manages employees' life cycle in the organization.
• Builds an analytics plan that supports the road map.
• In charge of the team's knowledge sharing.
• Serves as a professional focal point - answers specific business questions in real-time.
• Supervises and improves the BA team and cross unit's data-related work procedures.
• Responsible for the data structure and quality in the studio.
• Develops the team: directs, brings about process improvements and specialization. Builds work processes within the team and with other teams.
• Invests in team building and creates motivation in the team. Assists employees in getting the best out of themselves.
• Creates and maintains communication channels with other domains in the studio.
  
  

• 3-7 Years of experience in different data domains (BA, game economy, statistics).
• BA / B.Sc. in Statistics / Math / Engineering / Economy or other quantitative field.
• Expert in SQL (very high), Excel, Tableau.
• In depth understanding of data, data analysis and obtaining insights from data.
• Ability to extract and refine action items from analysis.
• Managerial experience - an advantage.
