🚀 Business Analyst – Data & Finance

A leading organization is looking for a Business Analyst to join its team in a role combining business and financial analysis, data insights, and BI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex business and financial data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries.
• Work with Data Warehouses in a Snowflake environment.
• Build, manage, and maintain reports, analytical models, and BI dashboards.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, including requirement gathering, mapping, specifications, and testing.
• Collaborate closely with business units, Data teams, and IT and development teams.
• Support and drive data-related projects and process improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science – Required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar analytical role – Required.
• Strong SQL skills and experience writing complex queries – Required.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Cognos – Required.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and complex formulas – Required.
• Strong financial understanding and business analysis capabilities – Required.
• Experience working with Snowflake – Advantage.
• Experience developing analytical and statistical models – Advantage.
• Background in financial services, banking, or insurance – Significant advantage.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in business processes – Advantage.
