Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Manager located in Kfar Sava. The Customer Relationship Management Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, maintaining communication channels, analyzing data, and overseeing sales and market segmentation projects. The Manager will coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in forex/gaming/fintech indutry
- Analytical Skills and Project Management experience
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Hebrew
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
