Email Automation Manager

The opportunity

Unity, which recently merged with ironSource, is the world’s leading platform for creating and growing real-time 3D content.

We are seeking an innovative and hardworking Marketing Automation Manager to join the Grow marketing team, which supports the Grow business division (the combination of Unity Ads and ironSource). In this role, you will orchestrate the development of strategic marketing campaigns, supporting acquisition and retention initiatives for different markets, with a focus on optimizing KPIs, improving customer value, and elevating retention and conversion rates.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Take the lead in the Marketing Automation strategy, set and run meetings with partners.
• Hands-on work on the Salesforce Account Engagement platform (formerly Pardot) to implement and maintain user journeys, build campaign segmentation and optimize email performance
• Develop sophisticated campaign segmentation strategies and continuously improve email performance for various audience segments
• Define optimization strategies to improve KPIs and implement them by collaborating with Content, Design, and BizDev/Sales
• Responsible for the technical aspects of the campaigns, such as software setup, domain reputation, warm-up, tracking, and integrations
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1-2 years experience with email marketing and automation on Salesforce
• Strong ability to lead projects end-to-end from strategy to execution with strong attention to detail
• Good HTML and content management systems knowledge
• Hands-on experience with campaign management/engagement platforms
• Understanding of data system concepts, databases, BI platforms
• Previous experience in analyzing and turning data into actionable insights
• Experience with GSuite, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Optimizer
• Strong English - both written & verbal communication
