Customer Success Manager

An outcome-driven platform and performance marketing company specializing in delivering high-quality user growth is seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to join their team.

The ideal candidate should possess a background in B2B, with a focus on the US market, demonstrate proficiency in both spoken and written English, and have over 4 years of experience in client-facing roles.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate customer relationships and serve as the main contact throughout the post-sales phase
• Effectively oversee and enhance clients' campaigns and user acquisition budgets
• Ensure the successful fulfillment of services aligned with customers' requirements and goals
• Work closely with Sales and Client teams to comprehend client KPIs and guarantee campaign success
• Continuously explore new business prospects and avenues for account expansion
• Contribute to shaping the company's strategy in terms of product, service, and other go-to-market aspects

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Client Management
• Proven experience dealing with large-scale B2B international clients
• Familiarity with the US market
• Proficient in both fluent English and very good Hebrew
