Responsibilities

• Ownership and full management of the overall Push notifications and Email marketing campaigns strategy to all studios.
• Take advantage of the full capabilities of the CRM system and own the relationship with the CRM platform
• Lead and Implement best practices and ‘Know-How’ for Push notifications, sms and Email marketing campaigns of all studios.
• Work closely with the analysis team to enhance audience segmentation and customer modelling and campaign performance reporting
• Define measurable KPIs and regularly review campaigns against strategic objectives.
• Oversee, implement and review team planning, processes and effectiveness, including reviewing team capacity, allocation and operations
• Full budget responsibility for the CRM budget

Requirements

• 2 years + experience as a CRM/email marketing manager or equivalent
• Experience in Optimove and Salesforce is a HUGE advantage.
• Technical knowledge with CRM and analytical systems
• Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude
• Fluent in English (written & Spoken)
