Data Analyst (Fullfilment Services)- IL

We are looking for a sharp and passionate Data Analyst to join our young and dynamic team, focused on Global-E’s fulfillment services.

In this role, you will be responsible to analyse internal and external data sources, identify issues and recommend solutions for business decisions, as well as tackle identified issues to a full solution and support pricing activities.

Additionally, you will help automate and improve the team’s workflow and processes to support the company’s significant growth.

You will interact on a daily basis with internal stakeholders such as the product team, finance, customer success and project management, on core issues with strategic impact on the company’s business.

You will be required to handle multiple projects simultaneously and precisely, in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. You’ll serve as a professional contact and source of knowledge on job-related business questions, provide assistance and develop data insights.

Requirements:

• BA/B.Sc. in Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or another quantitative field.
• Excellent knowledge and proven experience in SQL and Excel
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, excellent Excel abilities.
• Passionate about data with strong analytical & technical skills.
• Organized and methodical, with ability to manage high volumes of data and maintain focus on detailed tasks.
• Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative high-growth environment with a tenacious approach to problem solving.
• Fluent English (written & spoken) and good communication skills.
• Python skills – Advantage.
