Senior Product Manager

Slim.AI is a trailblazing software company dedicated to revolutionizing the DevOps landscape. We aim to streamline the software delivery process with our innovative tools and services, allowing developers to concentrate on creating top-notch products. After a successful Round A, we are currently building out our central RnD site in Tel Aviv, and are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our CPO and VP of Engineering in helping form and shape the site and our culture.

Job Description:

We're in search of a Senior Product Manager, a true problem solver, that will drive the development and enhancement of key features within our product that empower organizations to maintain secure, reliable, and transparent software supply chains. You will work closely with a team of talented developers and go-to-market teams, shaping our product's roadmap and translating complex user requirements into actionable plans.

Responsibilities:

• Define, manage, and execute product strategies and roadmaps that align with the company's vision and market trends.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to oversee the development of new product features, specifically those targeted toward container security and vulnerability remediation.
• Understand and anticipate the needs of our customers, translating them into detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Analyze user feedback, market trends, and performance metrics to inform data-driven product decisions and enhancements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure comprehensive go-to-market strategies and successful product adoption.
• Facilitate communication between the technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating product functionality into tangible business value.
• Stay current with industry standards and advancements in software supply chain security and containerized application security
  
  

• Tech-savvy with strong understanding and hands-on experience of the latest web technologies and complex architectures
• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
• Strong understanding of all aspects of the product development lifecycle, including product go-to-market strategy building, requirements definition, engineering, QA and release.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Great communication skills
• Team player. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Experience as a Software Engineer or Software Architect of modern web applications and services - Advantage
• Experience in Cyber Security - Advantage
