Help Desk Technician

Job Description

The candidate will join the IT department help desk (reporting to the Corporate Help Desk manager) team as a "hands-on" IT help desk technician. The primary responsibilities will be to support Avatrade's employees with their daily IT challenges and troubleshoot, investigate, and manage complicated technical issues.

The candidate's key accountabilities will be:

Support Avatrade's employees with their end-point challenges

Work with the helpdesk team to improve the support processes, document them, and meet the team's KPIs

Ensure all employees' equipment meets the security standards defined by the Security team

Manage Microsoft Telephony systems (Teams), Intune, Defender, Active Directory, and more

Assist the Help Desk effort with setting up employees' endpoints, mobile devices, and corporate equipment (conference systems, printers, and more)

Job Requirements

Hands-on experience with the following technologies:

Experience as a helpdesk technician in a high-tech organization with more than 100 employees - Must

Experience with operating Microsoft tools: Intune, SCCM, Active Directory, Defender, Microsoft Teams - Must

Experience with Microsoft Office 365 operations - Must

Working on Fridays, once a month, between 08:00-14:00 (on that week, the employee will have one day off) - Must

Working in the Herzliya office, 5 days a week (not a Hybrid position) - Must

Exceptional service orientation - Must

Professional diplomas - Advantage

Scripting (shell scripts) – Advantage

Security tools management experience (firewalls, switches) - Advantage

Backup systems management - Advantage

Good level of English speaking - the interview will be in English
