PC & Network Field Technician | IT Support

A leading organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced PC & Network Field Technician to provide hands-on IT support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain network infrastructure across multiple company locations.

The role combines PC maintenance, Windows environments, user support, and practical networking responsibilities, including switch and router configuration, network troubleshooting, and independent fieldwork.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical support to employees at headquarters and various company sites.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on PCs and laptops.
• Install, upgrade, configure, and maintain computers and peripheral equipment.
• Troubleshoot printers and other IT equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in Windows environments.
• Support Windows 10, Windows 11, and Windows Server 2016 environments.
• Work with Microsoft 365 and Office applications.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues involving IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Configure and maintain network switches, routers, and communication infrastructure.
• Perform independent on-site troubleshooting and provide real-time technical solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a PC & Network Technician or IT Field Technician.
• Hands-on experience in data networking, including switch and router configuration and network troubleshooting.
• Practical experience maintaining PCs, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems.
• Proficiency in Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Experience working with Windows Server 2016.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Office.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management.
• Knowledge of IP networking, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Ability to work independently across multiple locations.
• Valid driver's license.
