About The Position
GrowthSpace was founded on the belief that L&D is a business-critical function that is instrumental to the success of any organization. The unfortunate reality is that many organizations still do not recognize L&D as such, because it is hard to understand the true impact of L&D initiatives on business KPIs. GrowthSpace helps companies solve this through our skills mastery platform, designed to launch, manage, and measure 1:1 coaching & mentoring, team coaching, cohort-based workshops, training, and internal mentoring programs–enabling customers to drive business KPIs through human-to-human development programs.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the customer lifecycle from onboarding to business reviews for a portfolio of customers. The role is fully remote except for Mondays at the office and with some domestic travel. This role reports to the VP of Customer Success. Previous experience in HR Tech and an early-stage start-up is a plus.
Key responsibilities:
- Executive Stakeholder management
- Project managing multiple accounts by setting customer expectations and keeping customer/internal deliverables on track
- Impacting product priorities by creating business cases on use cases
- Identifying and building resources and collateral that would be a value-add to customers
- Creating customer advocates across all customer personas
- Staying abreast of the latest trends and developments related to L&D, talent development, and HR technology
- 4+ years of relevant Customer Success, Account Management, or Professional Services experience
- 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success position at a B2B SaaS company working with large enterprise organizations
- A customer-first approach and attitude
- Experience with global customers
- Passion for customers and high-growth environments
- Experience with managing multiple customer projects at a given time and working directly with executive stakeholders
- Ability to analyze complex situations, develop associated action plans, and lead teams to achieve goals
- Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter who excels under ambiguity in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- A strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed
- Background in L&D or HR is an advantage
