Logistics Specialist

Pulsenmore is an emerging leader in connected, patient-driven home ultrasound. We are on a mission to dramatically improve access to care while increasing convenience and efficiency for payers, providers, and patients. Our flagship product, the Pulsenmore ES, is a hand-held pregnancy monitoring solution that docks with a smartphone and makes it possible for every expectant mother to self-scan and receive a remote clinical assessment by her healthcare provider.

We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our growing Procurement team.

The ideal candidate should have strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills, a fast learner with a passion for Procurement, logistics, and Supply Chain activities.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for procurement activities for engineering, electronic, and general equipment, and inventory
• Responsibility for procurement processes for different projects at the production departments
• Engaging in technical procurement and managing negotiations with suppliers in Israel and abroad
• Working with multiple interfaces in an international work environment
• Inventory management, logistical coordination of shipments, and support for customer supplies.
• Full responsibility for warehouse inventory - receiving equipment and documentation of it.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role in procurement and logistics - a must
• Experience in managing processes with customs and regulatory institutions.
• Reading and writing skills in Hebrew and English – a must
• Procurement experience in the field of medical electronics and industry - an advantage
• Experience with Priority software - an advantage
• Negotiation skills
• Proactivity and creativity skills
