Are you driven by making a measurable impact? We are looking for a PPC Performance Marketing Campaign Manager who will be responsible for our advertising initiatives across our portfolio of baby & toddler products.

The primary responsibility is increasing sales through successful marketing strategies using consumer insights, market research, positioning, marketing communications & advertising.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage PPC efforts on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok & Amazon ads.
• Manage e-commerce campaigns for our Shopify stores, Amazon stores, and more.
• Manage more marketing channels such as SEO, E-mail marketing, and more.
• Manage influencer's marketing, creative process, and more.
• Expand advertising campaigns to drive continued growth in a high-performing marketing channel.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution.
• Work closely with our creative and content team.
• Measure and improve key performance indicators such as Impressions, CTR, CPC, Conversion, Lead Quality, Spend, etc.
• Allocate budgets, analyze and recommend modifications to ad spends
• Collaborate with our marketing team to guide A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, and spend scaling tests to identify what works best
• Test new channels and trends
• Optimize marketing budgets to maximize CPA and efficiently scale

Skills and Experience:

• 2+ years of professional experience in a performance campaign management role - A Must.
• 2+ years of professional experience managing hands-on Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns - A Must. 
• 1+ years of professional experience managing hands-on e-commerce (Shopify & Amazon) paid ads campaigns - Big Advantage.
• 1+ years of SEO and E-mail marketing professional experience, advantage.
• Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills.
• Proficient with Performance marketing best practices inclusive of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok and Amazon (advantage not must)
• Proven ability to utilize digital performance platforms to develop, manage, and deliver multi-channel digital initiatives to drive customer acquisition and deliver business goals.
• Strong grasp of marketing needs and what makes brands stick.
• Hebrew & English Fluency 
• High-level analytical ability & skills to understand financial and market data.
• Excellent critical thinking, decision-making judgment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
