Job Description:

• Manage, optimize, and maximize ROI across large-scale campaigns on Facebook, Google, and additional advertising platforms.
• Set up and manage ongoing campaigns on a high-frequency basis.
• Analyze performance data and lead a ROAS-driven PPC strategy for sales campaigns.
• Develop a long-term digital marketing strategy with a strong focus on the customer journey.
• Work collaboratively with eCommerce Website Managers and Marketing Managers.
• Lead brand media planning and execution in collaboration with Group Marketing Managers.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of hands-on PPC management experience across Facebook, Google, and TikTok, with a strong focus on eCommerce and Retail – mandatory.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills combined with a high level of creativity.
• Strong strategic thinking and a deep understanding of digital marketing.
• High ability to learn independently and a passion for new technologies.
• Strong multitasking, reporting, and analytical skills, with the ability to draw actionable insights from data.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics – mandatory.
• Experience implementing tracking pixels and automation processes – an advantage.
