Were looking for a Web Dev/Marketing Operations Manager to lead the strategy, design, and execution of personalized digital journeys across our website, HubSpot and Salesforce and

3-5 years of hands-on experience in marketing operations in a B2B SaaS company, including proven experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot & Marketo) and Salesforce CRM - must.
Hands-on experience maintaining WordPress websites - must
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript, themes, plugins, and page builders
Ability to debug common WordPress and front-end issues
Strong understanding of lead nurturing, segmentation, data integration, digital marketing workflows, Excel, marketing analytics tools and campaign execution.
Experience in campaign performance reporting and visualization tools.
Experience with additional digital tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, webinar platforms, etc.).
Detail-oriented, proactive, analytical, and a strong problem solver with excellent communication skills.
