CRM Manager

The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv.We're looking for aCRM Managerto join our growing Monetization department. As a CRM Manager, you’ll be responsible for the creation and development of the CRM strategy, using a creative approach to secure and manage target audiences while delivering outstanding campaigns.Responsibilities

• Research, execute, and leverage the development and optimization of our CRM strategy.
• Create and manage retention strategy campaigns in order to reach target audiences.
• Collaborate with Monetization, Design, and Copy teams for targeted CRM campaigns
• A/B test content and analyze their performance.
• Analyze and identify campaign performance insight for engagement
• Maintain detailed reports and dashboards that measure campaign success, in order to refine our day-to-day processes and meet KPI targets
• Own special projects and assignments.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in online marketing or operations.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and different teams.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and platforms.
• Experience with analytics and comfortable working with large sets of data.
• Proven experience in execution and full ownership of projects.
• English at a high level.
