Analytics Team Leader

Are you our next Analytics Team Leader?

We are looking for a motivated Analytics Team Leader who wishes to participate in several fascinating projects in product optimization, game mathematical design and user behavior research.

*At 888 you will enjoy a hybrid work model, combining in-office work with remote work (work from home) during the week.

Your Role:

• Translate data insights into actions and recommendations that will drive engagement and growth
• Plan, monitor and analyze AB tests for new features while applying/using statistical methods for purposes of significance and testing
• Identify opportunities for improving our product supported by quantitative data analysis
• Support in-house game studio, Section8 with developing and testing new & innovative game engines
• Analyze user behavior and product optimization
• Mentor and guide a dedicated elite team of analysts & game designers

Your Skills:

• You have BA\BSc\MA in Statistics, Math, Industrial engineering or other quantitative fields (from a leading university).
• You have +4 years of experience in a quantitative role
• You have +2 years of managerial experience
• You have experience with R\Python
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills
• You have Analytical and problem-solving skills
• You are an SQL master
• You have experience with Tableau/Power BI
• You have strong Excel skills

You have a major advantage if:

• You have experience with Experience working with GA\BQ
• You have experience in AB methodologies and statistical testing
