Training and Organizational Development Manager - Human Resources Business Partner 1224

Responsibilities:

Planning and executing an annual training program

Come up with and implement organizational development initiatives

HR business partner of select headquarter departments

Requirements:

Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Behavioral Sciences or related field. A master’s degree in behavioral sciences or work studies is preferred .

At least 3 years’ experience in training management and organizational development in a high-tech company

Ability to execute and organize tasks

Willingness and capability to perform tasks independently as required.

High level of written and spoken English to communicate with people abroad

Experience with conducting professional interviews

Provide guidance and advice to employees and managers in addressing and resolving the issues
