Kayhut is looking for a talented and passionate HR Generalist to join our one-of-a-kind HR team.

As an HR Generalist, You will Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and collaborate with hiring managers to promote and execute it. You will also take part in planning and implementing employee welfare activities.

Job Description:

Support full-cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
Define, develop, and execute hiring process & strategies: job posting, CV screen, online sourcing techniques, face-to-face interviews, networking, employee referral programs & implement new initiatives to increase pipeline
Build and cultivate strong relationships with relevant teams to understand their strategic objectives and provide solutions to their hiring needs.
Support on-boarding and off-boarding processes
Responsible for employees' welfare - including birthdays, holiday events, happy hours, etc.
Requirements

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in HR (generalist or talent acquisition role).
Bachelor’s degree in Social Science or related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment activities for various levels and use innovative methods to source and attract passive candidates
Strong professional demeanor using good judgment, maturity, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Passion for recruiting and demonstrating curiosity to stay up to date on current trends and best practices
Think outside the box and be creative to always find new channels and sources
