What does the team do?

The Cymulate IT team and join our journey at the forefront of technological cybersecurity innovation! As a crucial backbone of our organization, the our passionate and patient IT department plays a pivotal role to every department, ensuring seamless operations, maintaining robust cybersecurity measures and implementing the latest software advancements.

What you have?

Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or related field
Experience with Azure AD and Microsoft 365 cloud environments
Experience of troubleshooting issues with Mac and Windows laptops, and mobile devices
Knowledge of network infrastructure including Firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPNs
Knowledge of working with Jira and Confluence – Advantage
