לחברת פינטק מצליחה דרוש/ה איש/אשת HD למשרה מלאה העבודה היא ב8:30 בבוקר שכר באזור ה10-12 Responsibilities: Provide first-line technical support to employees via phone, and in-person. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications. Assist with network troubleshooting, including connectivity issues and basic router/firewall configuration. Assist with IT asset management, including inventory tracking and equipment procurement. Provide basic training and guidance to users on IT systems and applications. Workstation installation, configuration, and maintenance Troubleshooting hardware and network issues Hardware and software purchase, replacement, and inventory process Technical support for software, mobile and other hardware troubleshooting (computers, laptops, printers) Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests Great communication skills and an ability to explain technical issues in simpler terms Good knowledge of Windows and its applications Experience with Active Directory knowledge of internet technologies such as DNS, HTTP Creative thinking in problem solving and a drive to expand your knowledge Self-reliance Proficiency in English
