As Field Services Engineer you will be responsible for supporting a strategic account and deliver Dalet technical expertise to their administrators.

What you'll be doing

Install, maintain and optimize products and configurations at customer's site
Diagnose and resolve product performance problems
Perform maintenance and fixing
Ensure customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations, which may impact product performance
Proactively respond to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned interruption of customers' business
Train other field engineers and customers in the solutions

What you'll we need to be successful

Experience in a similar position or experience as an end user
Experience with troubleshooting and problem solving
Proven IT skills in Windows, networking and SQL database
Broadcast knowledge
Experience with Dalet Solutions is a plus
Strong communication skills in English
Self-starter who is excited about technology
BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
