About the role

Our Technology team builds the systems and experiences that keep Revolut moving forward. From the infrastructure behind our innovative app to the features used by millions of people around the world, they bring sharp thinking, speed, and a focus on meaningful impact to everything they do.

We're looking for a Technology Manager to focus on technology operations, risk management and resilience, and regulatory readiness.

You'll work closely with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Compliance teams, as well as local regulators, to ensure our platforms operate in line with regulatory requirements while remaining aligned with group standards.

What you'll be doing

Ensuring regulatory compliance with IT & InfoSec requirements
Proactively monitoring the application and technology and InfoSec infrastructures related to our systems, identifying outages, malfunctioning, SLA breaches, etc.
Coordinating evidence gathering to fulfil audit requirements
Representing the local Technology team, working with wider programme teams to take ownership of appropriate tasks and provide input as required
Preparing reports and updating stakeholders
Identifying dependencies, potential impact, and risks, ensuring that they've been satisfactorily analysed, tested, managed and escalating risks to the internal stakeholders
Maintaining and creating new dashboards to track metrics and visualise insights
Managing support tools for our internal teams and providing necessary technology to our employees
Handling inventory of all technology assets and managing their lifecycle
Driving the local technology and InfoSec architecture

What you'll need

4+ years of experience in tech risk, operational resilience, IT governance, or tech architecture, or InfoSec within financial services, fintech, or a consultancy serving these industries
Experience working in regulated environments, including interacting with regulators, auditors, or supervisory bodies
Knowledge of technology and InfoSec controls across infrastructure, applications, data, security, and third-party services, and how those controls operate in practice
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people-management skills
A broad understanding of modern technology stack and InfoSec solutions
Great problem-solving and decision-making skills to analyse complex information and identify the key issue/action to drive resolutions
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Fluency in English
