From the infrastructure behind our innovative app to the features used by millions of people around the world, they bring sharp thinking, speed, and a focus on meaningful impact to everything they do.We're looking for a Technology Manager to focus on technology operations, risk management and resilience, and regulatory readiness.You'll work closely with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Compliance teams, as well as local regulators, to ensure our platforms operate in line with regulatory requirements while remaining aligned with group standards.Up to shape what's next in finance? Let's get in touch.What you'll be doingEnsuring regulatory compliance with IT & InfoSec requirementsProactively monitoring the application and technology and InfoSec infrastructures related to our systems, identifying outages, malfunctioning, SLA breaches, etc.Coordinating evidence gathering to fulfil audit requirementsRepresenting the local Technology team, working with wider programme teams to take ownership of appropriate tasks and provide input as requiredPreparing reports and updating stakeholdersIdentifying dependencies, potential impact, and risks, ensuring that they've been satisfactorily analysed, tested, managed and escalating risks to the internal stakeholdersMaintaining and creating new dashboards to track metrics and visualise insightsManaging support tools for our internal teams and providing necessary technology to our employeesHandling inventory of all technology assets and managing their lifecycleDriving the local technology and InfoSec architectureWhat you'll need4+ years of experience in tech risk, operational resilience, IT governance, or tech architecture, or InfoSec within financial services, fintech, or a consultancy serving these industriesExperience working in regulated environments, including interacting with regulators, auditors, or supervisory bodiesKnowledge of technology and InfoSec controls across infrastructure, applications, data, security, and third-party services, and how those controls operate in practiceExcellent communication, interpersonal, and people-management skillsA broad understanding of modern technology stack and InfoSec solutionsGreat problem-solving and decision-making skills to analyse complex information and identify the key issue/action to drive resolutionsExceptional organisational and time management skillsFluency in EnglishBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
