Account Executive

About The Role:

As a quota-carrying Account Executive, you will manage the complete sales cycle, from initial engagement and relationship building with key stakeholders to negotiation and contract finalization.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing a comprehensive understanding of Shapes’s solution and articulating its direct impact on customer ROI.

Conducting sales calls, product demonstrations, and presentations to potential clients

Empowering prospects to connect their goals and challenges with our HR PeopleOS platform.

Crafting strategies and coordinating cross-functional support to help customers maximize value from our HR PeopleOS platform.

Serving as the primary contact for product knowledge, relationship management, and commercial matters.

Negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet sales targets.

Your Experience & Skills:

2+ years of sales experience in a closing role at a SaaS fast-paced company, with a significant advantage for experience in HRIS and employee lifecycle processes.

A proven track record of sales success and overachievement.

The ability to understand client needs and find effective solutions.

Excellent verbal / written communication and negotiation skills.

The ability to manage multiple leads, sales pipeline, and deadlines effectively.

Experience navigating complex deals with multiple stakeholders while maintaining a strong consultative selling approach.

A driven, self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently.

A collaborative, high-energy team player attitude.

Proficiency in other languages is a plus.

A BA/BS degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
