A company in the field of conversational AI is hiring an Account Executive to grow enterprise relationships in the contact center and customer experience market.

What you will do

• Own the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through solution demos, technical coordination, negotiation and close.

• Build trusted relationships with senior customer experience, operations and contact center leaders.

• Turn customer challenges into clear value stories for an AI platform.

• Maintain a disciplined pipeline and meet ambitious revenue targets.

What you will bring

• 3+ years of B2B sales or account executive experience, ideally in SaaS, contact center technology or conversational AI.

• A strong record of closing complex sales and hitting targets.

• Confident presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience using CRM and sales tools to manage pipeline.

• Fluent Hebrew and English.
