What You’ll Do

• Manage inbound and outbound sales calls in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Identify customer needs and match them with the right payment solutions
• Work effectively and consistently with advanced CRM systems
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales process
• Take ownership of sales processes and identify opportunities to improve performance and achieve monthly targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey and successful implementation

Requirements

• Proven sales experience with a strong track record
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong ability to independently learn and master technological systems and solutions, particularly in the fintech industry
• Excellent communication skills, with strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer service abilities
• Professional, mature, and customer-oriented approach
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, improve processes, and drive sales results
• Strong technical orientation and hands-on experience working with CRM systems
