Your role will be pivotal in designing and executing targeted marketing campaigns that drive customer retention, boost revenue, and enhance loyalty.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Design and Execution: Develop and manage marketing campaigns using IBM’s Unica Campaign Manager, ensuring they are tailored to our strategic goals.Data Analysis and Performance Tracking: Retrieve and analyze complex data to assess campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal teams and external partners, focusing on campaign capabilities and effectiveness.Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with various departments, including Product and BI, to support and refine marketing campaigns, aligning efforts with broader company objectives.Job RequiermentsEducational Background: Degree in Industrial Management, Information Systems, or a related field.Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel skills.Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Analytical Expertise: Strong research, analytical, and data interpretation abilities.Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.Preferred Skills:Data Analysis Experience: Familiarity with data analysis systems, DWH reporting, and BI tools.Industry Knowledge: Experience or understanding of information systems, databases, and the BI landscape.If you’re ready to take your career to the next level and make a tangible impact with innovative marketing strategies, we’d love to hear from you
