Your role will be pivotal in designing and executing targeted marketing campaigns that drive customer retention, boost revenue, and enhance loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Design and Execution: Develop and manage marketing campaigns using IBM’s Unica Campaign Manager, ensuring they are tailored to our strategic goals.
Data Analysis and Performance Tracking: Retrieve and analyze complex data to assess campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal teams and external partners, focusing on campaign capabilities and effectiveness.
Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with various departments, including Product and BI, to support and refine marketing campaigns, aligning efforts with broader company objectives.
Job Requierments
Educational Background: Degree in Industrial Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel skills.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical Expertise: Strong research, analytical, and data interpretation abilities.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.

Preferred Skills:

Data Analysis Experience: Familiarity with data analysis systems, DWH reporting, and BI tools.
Industry Knowledge: Experience or understanding of information systems, databases, and the BI landscape.
