Product Marketing, Content & Community Manager
We’re looking for a sharp and creative Product Marketing, Content & Community Manager to own our storytelling, community management, sharpen our product marketing assets, messaging, and create content that truly resonates.
What You’ll Be Doing
Refine the messaging and positioning of our product and features
Lead product launches and drive cross-channel communication strategies
Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to understand user needs and pain points
Create high-impact content: blog posts, sales collateral, enablement, email campaigns, sales decks, video scripts, videos and more
Enhance our rich library of marketing assets to support sales and customer onboarding
Own and evolve our product narrative throughout the customer journey
Enhance our content strategy and editorial roadmap
Who You Are
A natural storyteller who can turn complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives
Experienced in product marketing and content writing, or a related field (5 years)
B2B English Writing Experience (both Product and content marketing)
Tech-savvy, curious, collaborative, and hands-on
Advantage: Experience working in SaaS data-driven environments
